Double rotor sand making machine structure:
The machine is mainly composed of body, double rotor, screen plate, lining plate and hydraulic opening part. The machine body is welded with steel plate, its inner wall is equipped with ZGMn13 high manganese steel lining plate, the rotor part is mainly composed of spindle, disk, hammer head, hammer shaft, disk protection plate and so on.

Sand making machine Working principle:
The machine is mainly composed of the body, double rotor, screen plate, lining plate and hydraulic opening part, etc. Four motors drive the main shaft through the triangle belt rotation, so that the rotor disk drives the hammer head to run at high speed, the material entering the body by the hammer head in the crushing chamber impact each other and broken, when the material particle size is less than the sieve plate hole, the material by centrifugal force and gravity out of the sieve plate hole.

The body of this machine is welded with steel plate, and its inner wall is equipped with ZGMn13 high manganese steel liner to prevent the body from being worn. The body is divided into three parts: upper body 1, upper body 2 and lower body. The front upper body is equipped with a small door to check the wear condition in the body and observe the clearance adjustment.

The rotor part is mainly composed of a spindle, a disc, a hammer head, a hammer shaft, a disc guard plate, etc. The hammer head is installed symmetrically, and the hammer heads on the adjacent two hammer shafts are staggered to increase the hitting surface.
