YK series vibrating screen

Product introduction: YK series circular vibrating screen motion track is a circle. It is specially designed for the screening of stone in quarry, and can also be used to grade the medium and small particle size materials in the departments of building materials, mineral processing, coal preparation, etc. Its screen surface is single, double, three and four layers can select two to five level products, by changing the screen specifications can get different particle size specifications of products to meet the requirements of different industries.

YK series circular vibrating screen structure:
YK series circular vibrating screen machine structure is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, motor base, front and back legs, etc. The block eccentric exciter and universal coupling are adopted, which have large excitation force and convenient installation. The side plate of the screen machine is made of high quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected with the beam and the base of the exciter by high strength bolts and rivets.

YK series circular vibrating screen working principle:

YK series circular vibrating screen is powered by the motor through the soft connection to make the exciter eccentric block produce high speed rotation. The running eccentric block generates a large centrifugal force to stimulate the screen box, and the material on the screen is transmitted by the impulse of the screen box on the inclined screen surface to produce a continuous throwing motion, and the particles smaller than the screen pass through the screen when the material meets the screen surface, so as to achieve classification.

YK series circular vibrating screen use and maintenance:

YK series circular vibrating screen should be started in the case of no material on the screen surface, try to avoid starting with material, and feed the screen machine after smooth operation. The feed should be stopped before stopping, and then stop after the screen surface material is removed. During the working process, the operation of the screen machine should be often observed. If the movement is abnormal or abnormal sound is found, the machine should be stopped in time to check, find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
