VI, LCP series vertical shaft impact crusher working principle:
VI, LCP sand making machine uses the advanced selective crushing and splitting crushing principle to directly apply enough kinetic energy to the material, and converts the kinetic energy into the crushing energy required to overcome the material through impact. The material is basically broken along its natural texture plane and cleavage plane, with good grain shape and low self-consumption. The machine can realize the conversion of the two working principles of "stone beating stone" and "stone beating iron".
Central feed: The material falls into the hopper, enters the high-speed rotating wheel through the central feed hole, is rapidly accelerated in the wheel, and its acceleration can reach tens of times the acceleration of gravity, and then shoots out from the wheel at high speed, first impacts with the other part of the material that falls freely after bouncing, and then impacts together to the material lining (stone hitting stone) or the counter block (stone hitting iron). By the rebound oblique upward impact to the top of the vortex chamber, and change its direction of movement, deflect downward movement, and impact with the material emitted from the impeller flow path to form a continuous material screen. In this way, a piece of material is subjected to two or more chances of impact, friction and grinding in the eddy crushing chamber. The broken material is discharged through the lower discharge port.
