Structure of sand washing machine:

The upper part is generally connected with the outlet water pipe, and the lower part of the inlet water pipe is to turn up the mud and sand sunk at the bottom to achieve the purpose of washing the sand.
Working principle of sand washing machine:
The working principle of the sand washing machine is that the motor drives the reducer by the triangular belt and is driven by the gear, so that the impeller rotates one-way in the tank, and the sand and mud-water mixed materials below 4.75mm under the vibrating screen are separated in the agitation and flow. While the mud water is discharged naturally and smoothly from the drain, the sand particles after washing are taken out by the impeller.
