This machine is mainly used for crushing and feeding of gravel unit. Vibrating feeder features:

The formation and working principle of vibration feeding unit:

ZSW series vibrating feeder is composed of feeding tank body, vibration exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the vibration feed of the channel body is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and gear pairs, driven by the motor through the triangle belt, and then rotated by the passive shaft of the gear on the drive shaft, the main and passive shaft rotate in reverse at the same time, and the channel body vibrates to make the material flow continuously and achieve the purpose of conveying the material.

GZS series vibration feeder is a single body forced vibration system, vibration source is a pair of vibration motors, vibration motors for synchronous reverse operation, no forced contact between the two vibration motors. Its vibration is generated in the opposite direction between the rotor of the vibration motor, the centrifugal force generated by the synchronous operation of the eccentric block, in the various instantaneous positions of the eccentric block rotation, the resultant force of the centrifugal force along the throwing direction is always superimposed on each other, and the component force in the normal direction is always offset each other, forming a single exciting force along the throwing direction, under the action of the force, The material in the vibrating feeder is continuously sloped upward to achieve the purpose of feeding.

The vibration source of the ZGS vibration feeder is controlled by the frequency converter. Two motors drive the eccentric block on the vibrator spindle to do synchronous and reverse operation through the universal coupling. When the eccentric block is running, it forms a certain Angle with the horizontal plane of the material, and realizes the purpose of feeding.
