1.  Regarding the final draft
Due to the special nature of custom products, please carefully check the text, graphics, layout and other contents before finalizing the draft. The printing will be based on the screenshot of the final confirmed design. Once confirmed, no modifications can be made and our store will not be held responsible. Please make sure to check carefully before this to avoid unnecessary losses.

2. Regarding the proof
The proof is printed by a digital proofing machine with ink, which is slightly different from the printing process. There will be a certain color difference between the proof and the printed product, with about 20% color tolerance. The materials used for the proof and printing are different, and the paper for the proof may be slightly thinner or thicker, which is a normal phenomenon. Do not use this as a reason for return or refund.

3. Regarding color difference
Since electronic devices display in RGB color mode and printing is in CMYK mode, the color rendering principles are different and it is impossible to achieve exactly the same effect. Please inform this by all customers. 

4. Regarding Logistics
Please carefully inspect the package before signing for it. Count and check the items on the spot. If there are any issues, please contact customer service directly for a solution. If you sign for the package without inspection, no compensation will be provided for any problems with the goods.
